Delivery is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free anywhere in Lebanon.

Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Lebanon. You can also pay online at checkout by card — your payment is processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
Tracking your order
You'll get an order confirmation email as soon as your payment or COD order is placed, then a second message with courier details once the parcel leaves our warehouse. If a courier can't reach you, they'll attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to us.
Missing or delayed parcels
- Public holidays and severe weather can add 1–2 days to any estimate.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delay — double-check yours.
- If your parcel is more than 3 working days past the estimate, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase the courier for you.
