An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was published in error, or if we can't verify the delivery details.

• Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is added at checkout and is free over $50.
• We accept secure card payment online and cash on delivery across Lebanon.
• Promotional prices apply while stock lasts and can't be applied retroactively.

Delivery estimates (3–5 business days across Lebanon) are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. If nobody is available after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and a second delivery fee may apply.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and we may update them — the version published when you order is the one that applies.
